Which features are AI-powered
- Weekly & monthly summaries — your time entries for the selected range are sent to a language model that produces a summary, rollup totals, and observations.
- Chat companion — questions you ask about a report are forwarded with the same scoped entries used to generate that report.
- Voice timer — phrases parse on-device first; only when intent is ambiguous does the request escalate to a model.
Which model, where it runs
AI features are powered by Anthropic Claude, called through Supabase Edge Functions in our backend. Requests carry the minimum context needed for the task — no account metadata, billing info, or unrelated workspace data.
What we never do
- We do not use your entries to train any model. Anthropic's API does not retain prompts for training on the plan we use.
- We do not share your data with third parties for marketing, analytics, or advertising.
- We do not silently change which model we use without updating this page first.
Opting out
AI features only run when you trigger them — generating a report, asking a question, or holding the voice-timer shortcut. If you never use them, your entries never leave our database.
