Terms of service.

Effective June 30, 2026. These terms explain how you may use Ayron and how subscriptions, billing, and support work.

Using Ayron

You're free to use Ayron for personal or commercial work, including billing your own clients. You're responsible for your account, your workspace data, and the people you invite into it.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Mac App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account subscriptions. Direct subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be managed from Settings → Billing. Access continues through the current billing period after cancellation.

Refund requests for Mac App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. Refund requests for direct Stripe subscriptions can be sent to Ayron support and are reviewed under the plan terms shown at purchase.

Invoicing & payments

When you send invoices through Ayron and connect Stripe to collect payments, you remain the merchant of record for those transactions. Ayron facilitates the integration; the contract is between you and your client.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ayron to harass others, store illegal content, or attempt to break our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this — with notice when possible.

Liability

Ayron is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we'll email you and give 30 days notice before they take effect.
