What we collect
Account data (email, name, sign-in provider), workspace data (clients, projects, tasks, time entries, invoices, AI reports), and billing data for your Ayron subscription. Mac App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Direct subscriptions and invoice payments are processed by Stripe; Ayron does not store full payment-card details.
What we don't collect
No screenshots. No keystroke logging. No background screen monitoring. Activity timeline capture (window titles, app focus) is opt-in per workspace and disabled by default.
Where data is processed
- Supabase — Postgres database, authentication, file storage, and realtime sync.
- Apple — Mac App Store subscription purchase and subscription management.
- Stripe — direct subscription billing and, if you connect it, invoice payment processing.
- AI providers via OpenRouter — AI report generation and voice-timer fallback. We send only the minimum context needed per request; data is not used for model training by Ayron.
- Resend — transactional emails (sign-in, invoice delivery).
Your rights
Export your data as CSV or PDF from any plan. Delete your workspace at any time from Settings — deletion is permanent and propagates to all backups within 30 days.
